WHO WE ARE
One Justice is an independent, non-profit organization based in Paris, aims to defend the human rights and vulnerable people around the world, particularly in conflict areas, through legal deterrence and legal capacity building.
One Justice strives to ensure that victims have access to justice through legal aid programs, legal advice, representation within the limits of possibilities before the competent courts and the submission of cases to the authorities and organizations concerned.

Because “Justice delayed is justice denied,” One Justice came as an initiative to stop the inaction this world witnesses in many conflict areas. Many object, but few act, and fewer have the means to act! Therefore, One Justice’s main mission is to make justice accessible to those in need and create a culture of human rights through its multiple grassroots’ legal capacity building strategies.

“Justice Accessible to All!” In pursuit of this vision, One Justice undertakes affirmative legal action to make justice accessible to the vulnerable in conflict areas by advising, representing, and assisting them with legal procedures. One Justice also works to empower victims of human rights violations through legal cultre development activities.

How We Work
LEGAL CONSULTATION
One Justice provides victims with the needed consultation on their rights and the legal remedies and procedures to get their rights back.
LEGAL REPRESENTATION
One Justice acts on behalf of the victims with their consent and takes their cases to the relevant national and international courts.
FACILITATING ACCESS TO RESOURCES
One Justice works on guiding the victims to the right lawyers who could help as well as to those who would be willing to sponsor their cases.
ADVOCAY AND REFERRAL TO INT'L ORGANISATIONS
One Justice advocates the causes of justice and upholds the rights of the victims wherever possible, including referring their cases to the relevant organisations where punitive or corrective decisions could be made.
LEGAL CAPACITY BUILDING
One Justice guides and educates victims of human rights violations through its grassroots’ capacity building strategies.
