One Justice calls on the International Community to Immediately Intervene to Stop the Israeli Violations in the Occupied West Bank

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that six Palestinians were killed and 20 others wounded, four of them are in critical condition, as a result of the Israeli aggression on the cities of Nablus and Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.

According to the institution's follow-up, An Israeli special force stormed the old town of Nablus, surrounded a house and then targeted it with rocket-propelled grenades, killing five Palestinians and wounding others. The Israeli occupation forces deliberately caused widespread destruction during the incursion, and attacked medical staff and ambulances to prevent the transportation of the injured.

The Israeli escalation in Nablus coincided with the continuation of the Israeli siege imposed on the city for the fifteenth consecutive day, as the Israeli army closed the Hawara and Beit Furik checkpoints leading to the city, and intensified its measures aimed at restricting the Palestinians at the checkpoints and roads surrounding the city, which directly affected the movement of citizens and the right of 130,000 students to education, according to official Palestinian data.

One Justice indicates that the number of Palestinians killed by the Israeli army’s bullets in the West Bank this year has risen to 110, and confirms that most of the killings amount to extrajudicial executions. The Organization stresses that these violations, as well as the destruction of civilian property and objects, are crimes under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

Therefore; One Justice calls on international actors, especially the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. Antonio Guterres, to condemn the crime of execution of the six Palestinians, and to exert pressure on the occupying power to oblige it to respect the rules of international humanitarian law and international human rights law.
